Imperva provides activity monitoring, real-time protection, and risk management solutions for critical business data and applications. The SecureSphere, Incapsula, and Skyfence product lines enable organizations to discover assets and vulnerabilities to protect information wherever it lives—in the cloud and on-premises—and comply with regulations.

Problem:

As growing market leader in the cyber security space, Imperva had specific holes to fill with its talent acquisition team. They had explored other RPO vendors but were looking for a recruiting partner that had the expertise to quickly address several departments that needed more support in their recruiting efforts.

Solution:

Imperva had a well-established team and recruiting process in place. Hiring managers had high expectations for their talent and minimal time to babysit new recruiters or train them on their process.

The key to supporting Imperva was creating staffing coverage for specific departments that could get up to speed quickly and deliver results. Sage Solutions assigned two senior headhunters to the project, one with specific experience in finance with the other focused on sales and support.

Results:

Over the course of the year, Sage Solutions’ recruiters each became highly valued members of the Imperva talent team. Their hiring managers were immediately impressed by the level of top-notch candidates our headhunters provided along with our attention to detail of the existing infrastructure and process. Openings in the finance and sales teams were filled promptly, enabling Imperva’s continued success and growth.
