InsideSales.com offers the sales industry’s first comprehensive sales acceleration platform that creates high-performance sales teams with breakthrough technology. As a startup company based in Provo, UT, they were faced with an interesting challenge.

Problem:

InsideSales.com was looking to rapidly grow employee headcount without having a sizeable internal recruiting organization to manage this growth. Additionally, they faced the difficult task of locating and attracting tier-one executive leadership, engineering, IT support, sales, and marketing talent within (or willing to relocate to) the Greater SLC / Provo, UT area.

Solution:

Sage Solutions assigned 4 veteran headhunters to assist in an overall recruiting department expansion and training. We partnered with the Insidesales.com VP of Human Resources and Director of Staffing to provide strategy and tools to improve the overall effectiveness of the recruiting efforts. Our headhunters managed candidate pipeline, process, interview schedules, and regularly interacted with Senior Executives. We provided valuable process improvement techniques that increased the close rate of offers presented to our candidates.

Results:

From the first day of the engagement, the impact of the Sage Solutions’ aggressive and professional recruiters was significant. By presenting opportunities to candidates with clear and concise messaging, we were able to promptly generate a pipeline of candidates for all openings. Successful hires were made across all open positions within the first few weeks. InsideSales.com has extended the initial engagement for four additional quarters (and counting) and added a fifth recruiter to the team.
